I can not remove my IP blacklisted from Spamhaus zen?

Hi everyone,

My IP address get blacklisted 2 times when I check it with mxtoolbox (as the following image)

I tried to submit it on spamhaus zen with hopes it will be removed from this network

but no luck ( this image )

How can I remove my IP address from Spamhaus zen? If I could not submit via their form, what another ways can I do to remove IP from Spamhaus Zen?

Why was it blocked in the first place? That is the reason for blacklisting.

You may need to give it some time before your IP address is dropped off from the list.

You should consider using a third-party mailing service like Mailgun (for transaction mail) and MailChimp (for newsletters) in the future to prevent issues like this from happening again.

I will also take a close look at the freelancer who is doing "email marketing" as usual emails rarely get into both Spamhaus ZEN and another blacklists at the same time so they may be using your server to send out Spam.
