.host and .hosting Domains - Good or bad for business?

I don't think there are more people buy .hosting anymore. It is pretty expensive, its price is around $400 /year and same amount for the renewal price. However, .host has become mildly popular I think. Anyway, an advantage is that they strongly relate to the field, but a major disadvantage is a difficulty to remember and not good as .hosting
So have you all tried it? I want to use it for a new site but not sure it is good for business or not. Any comments?

Both are good for your business if you have a decent website with more traffic in this tld. Just a thing is Google seem didn't like these domain extensions because I don't see any websites that get ranked high on search engines.

I've seen plenty of new TLDs getting ranked higher than traditionally TLDs. As the hosting market is so competitive, it is more likely down to the SEO techniques of the long established businesses that still use the traditional TLDs rather than being down to Google not liking .host, .hosting or any other new TLDs.

This is not a case anymore. Gud ol COM domains are still a tiny bit better than other TLDs in terms of SEO performance for EN-websites, but difference is virtually negligible.

Both are good. The price is off-putting for sure. Given how saturated .com is, you may be able to get a desirable name with the new TLDs.

It doesn't really matter what you choose. How well your business does depends on the service, marketing, and how well you build your brand.

Yes it is very expensive to buy this tld, now you can not own it with $400 per year because I have just checked it on Name.com and its price is back to $600. Not sure someone will want to buy this tld for developing a new website.
