Hello, can anyone here refer me a tutorial on how to make a single form that only registered users can see, fill, and submit the form? Then, every registered user can submit create a form by paying a certain amount of money in order the form can be listed. All of the forms from users will be listed on one page. So, please if someone would like to help me how to do that on WordPress site. I have been searching all form plugins for WordPress, but none of them capable of supports creating forms with certain customizations as I have explained here. Any suggestion, guide, a tutorial would be very appreciated.

Hi Januar. I can't give you specifics in terms of setting things, but the form to look is Formidable Pro. Gravity Forms is a second option, but uses a lot of memory, and has had security issues....so really Formidable Pro is your best option. Of everything you're asking, Formidable can do it.
