What is sata vps? and is it based VPS with HDD disks?
could you tell me more details on this?

SATA typically means mechanical disks. Although SATA is actually the interface.

My answer will almost be the same than for the difference between Cloud VPS and VPS.

Hosting Providers use a lot of technical words to show their servers are the fastest available.

VPS use virtual interfaces, so you can choose between several interfaces when you add storage.

SATA stands for Serial Advanced Technology Attachment and SAS stands for Serial Attached SCSI (SCSI Stands for Small Computer System Interface, typically pronounced as scuzzy”). They're two types of interface used for transferring data to and from hard drives.

I think we can all agree that you will either be getting an HDD or SSD VPS and not a SATA VPS. As SATA vps could technically be SSD or HDD. So Sata doesn't really describe what you are getting. I have SSD connected to SATA all the time :)
