Hello,

I know Comodo also provide a free SSL certificate service, you have to renew it manually from your client area every 3 months (So it's a good way to promote their other paid services).

But letsencrypt is the only one to provide free SSL certificate, with custom configuration and settings and SAN support (you can secure 1 to 100 domains with a single certificate).

They will also provide wildcards certificates in January 2018. So, if you find another free service, they will most likely provide a limited service, to ask you to pay for a paid certificate).

Let's Encrypt is the real free SSL provider as far as I know. There is one more option to go with Comodo's 3 motnh free SSL which is already integrated with cPanel to generate auto-SSL, but keeping track is a real pain if you are approaching it seriously and ongoing. If you find any other free SSL options, it should be integrated to the respective service offered by the provider and it should not be an independant SSL provider.

What is auto-SSL? I am using cPanel and after added a website to it via WHM, I noticed an email that auto-SSL is installed for my website. Can I use it to create SSL for my website or I need to combine it with Let's Encrypt or other SSL providers?

You can read more about it at https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Manage+AutoSSL

By default it is loaded with cPanel (powered by Comodo) so that you do not need to combine it with Let's Encryot or any other CA. Of course you can use it for your domains. But if you are seriously approaching the security certificate [ like running an e-commerce website ], paid SSL is what recommened to increase the domain validity amonf your viditors.

Yes, like @mobin said,

auto-SSL is the cPanel/WHM extension to provide free SSL certificates powered by Comodo (like Cloudflare). You can choose between auto-SSL certificate or Let's Encrypt.

But if you are seriously approaching the security certificate [ like running an e-commerce website ], paid SSL is what recommened to increase the domain validity amonf your viditors.
No, paid SSL certificates are not about security. It will only add a marketing bonus to your website.

I agree and I did not said it either. But paid SSLs increaes the domain validity/authenticity among its visitors than a free SSL as I said. Having the domain reconsgnized by the reputed third-party will increase the confidence of visitor to proceed with submitting the sensitive data.
