I just wondered if their customer service is available to most countries? Have you ever experienced calling their company when you had an issue about web hosting? What was you overall experience?

Some are available via phone, some via live chat and some via email ...

Most of the companies yes, we are providing 24/7 technical support through help desk, while it is hard to provide it in live chat, which is mostly for the sales related queries. If the company is providing telephonic support, which is great and you can trust the most.

Yes, I believe there are lots of companies with 24/7 support centre. However, technical assistance would usually be better via ticket system/live chat. For some companys, the call support is usually for sales and won't be able to assist you on technical terms.

Yes there are many companies who offered 24/7 support. But please be reminded that there are issues needed to be escalated and so another tier support team will take charge on it. That is why sometimes it takes a while to be solved. But overall, web hosting companies really working hard on getting the best technical support staffs for their customers via email, live chat or phone.

You can ask via live chat or tickets. Normally I like tickets because it will notice me through my email.

Most of them offer 24/7 support and most of the chats are limited to level 1 support in the night times and use tickets

Support only using ticket system and client logged in his client area.
Using phone line or chat for support is not a good Idea. Manytimes we need to investigate the issue and that might take times and different eyes.
