It depends on how entertaining your rants are and what social media platform you're using. Facebook would be okay as it is chilled out and a more social platform. I seriously can't imagine you ranting on Pinterest and Instagram.I don't see how this would work as they are more visual unless you plan to make a video, of yourself, ranting.Twitter is a more intellectual forum, your rant wouldn't work on this medium. It would just look like you forgot to take our meds.Lol!

For me, it is not okay to post rants in social media sites like Facebook because it is a personal issues in life that you have discussed between people who are involved. And social media is the not best way to solve rants, anger or hatred. People who see your rant post will only judge or even bash you and it is not good because it will only make you miserable. It is better to solve any issues personally so that you will have peace in yourself.

This depends on what kind of social media sites you are using to post your rants and what kind of followers you are using. If you are short and crips, I think twitter is a better platform. In my opinion, people are not comfortable to long rants, but they will read short pieces. If you want to rant on pinterest and twitter, use pictures to rant as these platforms do not have option for text. Facebook can be more personalized for your rants. But the question is whether your friends are willing to listen or not.

Depends on what kind of rants are you gonna post! Some rants are entertaining but some are just plain boring and other don't want that kind of rants in their newsfeed so they might block you! lol! Better to rant in Facebook or Twitter! :D But if its a personal problem rants, might as well talk about it with someone whom you're close with or families and friends to have a better solution to your rants hehe

It depends on what type of rants do you have. If it is like having a bad day, might help calm yourself down, but if it is kind of personal that involves another person, let's say posting your rage to let the other person feels down makes no sense in doing it. Might as well talk to him/her directly to fix things up, and it will make your burden light.

I think it is okay to post rants on social media accounts. As long as you are not harming anyone or posting abusive contents. Life can be so stressful and we need to vent out our stress and frustration and I guess some social media sites are made for that. Like in Twitter, when someone rants, she may find people who feel the same frustration. But most of the time, Twitter people just rant with no limit and no one will call them out. Social media users sure has different way of accepting and reacting to rants. Ranting is also a way of expressing. Thus, freedom of expression is practiced.

Why not? Everybody else does! But don't do it if your business relations are on there.

I think the best path to take with social media/Facebook is to be a lurker. Nobody really knows you are there but you end up knowing a lot of things.

As I've known people who have posted a rant on social media, deleted it under 5 minutes, then got fired the next day. The rant wasn't even related to their job either but it was the cause they were fired. I feel its a better safe than sorry since it is public to the whole world.

If you got nothing to lose, do it. Don't expect me to spend the time reading it except for a good laugh :rolleyes2:
