My knowledge is basics here at the internet and I believe that posting the products and services I have here will earn more if I post it here or do a website because as for me, it add points to your business if you have a website. I have an interest on learning how to do Web Designing. How will I do that or Which site will I choose? to learn. I hope there are some free tutorials that will help me do this.

i learn web designing through my course graphic arts so we used the software photoshop to design the web we desire to make,
but that is just the design of your web and contents, so just a typical designing just like making or modifying your image you can make it clickable by using slice tool in adobe photoshop software, but for this software web designing is limited because you need a code or program using the notepad for your web to be fully operate. that's all that i know so far about web designing.

You can learn website design in many ways here are a few of them:
1. Teach yourself by downloading free templates and study them see how they work, use youtube or question answering websites like www.quora.com
2. Use https://www.w3schools.com this site is a great resource when learning CSS
3. Use online course sites such as www.lynda.com and www.udemy.com

I hope this helps you code like a pro. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

The only best way to learn how to design websites is to enroll your self at a college or university that offers computer science course. I know there are a lot of websites or video tutorials out there, but mostly their contents are either incomplete or just simple. Lastly it will take you longer to learn something if you just rely on what you see on the internet unless you have the money to pay those who doesn't offer it free.

I agree with you that college and universities teach web designing and web programming but they can`t teach you all that stuff. You can start learning web designing by learning adobe photoshop, it can help you to maximize the design on your website. It really gives you an advantage in web designing and you can also study css and javascript.

That was also my problem. I know how to design but I don't have knowledge when it comes to coding a website. I am planning to have a self study and just watch some tutorials. I had asked my co worker how he learned these things. He just said that he was just studying by himself alone. Sometimes he frequently asked questions from people from his department. I have a site where in I was able to learn step by step but I haven't finished and I already forgot how to encode the basic. I just can't remember the exact name of that website. I think it's CodeAcademy but I am not sure though. Just try it.

When it is about learning or refreshing a skill, in your case web design and coding, it all depends on the time, and the money that you have available for that purpose. It is true that in college you can learn step by step everything related to web design, but at the same time there are some good websites that is worth take a look, and see if you can find what you are looking for. Some of them will cost you money to get access, others are free. I used Lynda.com, to learn InDesign in the past, it was so useful, I learned a lot ! For coding you could try Codecademy. If you learn this way, you have to make a schedule that works for you, since you will be studying at your own pace, but always giving enough time to review the modules, but also time to practice what you just learned.
