Why not do it both? Aside from having physical store you can also have online shop. Physical store is more on the people around you, if they see your product they can visit anytime and the advantage is that they can see the product itself.Online shopping is very trendy nowadays, it's globally so it's another advantage as well, you will be introducing your product into global market through website. Instantly you have passive and active income.

For me Online business is better because you can reach many customers. Many people nowadays are using internet so why not grab that opportunity and start Online business. You can reach customers that is near you and in places that is far from your location without exerting any effort for transportation. You just post it online and many people will see and know your products. Unlike in actual business you should take time and more effort to sell your products or services. But I can say it is depend also on your strategy to get a success in business whatever it is online or actual.
