Resellers and affiliates both sell Black Chicken Host's services; however, when it comes to finding the best way to make money online, I'm having trouble deciding which is better with this two options. Is it Affiliates or Resellers web hosting? What do you think guys?

I think being an Affiliate is better than being a reseller. An affiliate dont need capital to start a business while a reseller needs a capital to start a business. Being a reseller includes taking risks while being an affiliate is just earning safe.

I agree with shinrei, I prefer affiliate marketing. In affiliate marketing you are more in advertising the products. You will not have any responsibilities in the selling the product. Your role is just like reffering potential clients to the product. If it happened that they bought the product that is the time you will get a commision. What I most like in this marketing is that you don't need to invest money on it. There are a lot of products that you can promote and the payout (commision) is much higher.

Affiliate marketing is better, you just need to create a blog and start advertising the products from the affiliate company. You will start earning the commission once you direct people to buy from your links.

For me, affiliate marketing is better than reselling. Reselling takes much work and it somehow limits you in offering certain product due to cost. Affiliate marketing offers a wide range of products that you can advertise. Which can be flexible, with you not worrying about the investments. You can also promote products that are complimentary to yours. It offers a higher income potential and it does not require a huge audience to work.

Affiliate is very interesting with a very small amount of dedication, while being a reseller is much more risky, and probably much costs to make a decent amount of €'s imo. Good luck!

affiliate marketing is your choice if you want to be on the safe side, don't want to spend anything but time. the risk factor is very minimal to none. In short its boring! If your a risk taker this will bore you to death.

Yes, affiliate marketing is great since it just removes all the hassles needed in setting up your online store. You just need to drive in traffic for someone else products and you get a commission if you get a sale out from it. However, if you have a really profitable product and has a lot of potential for a good market, selling it by yourself online might also help to get a lot more profit. Or, you can also do drop-shipping whichever is much more profitable and if it's alright for you to put on a little more effort in setting up your e-store.

It actually depends on your ability. If youre good in persuading people to get revenues from their sign up, then do for affiliate. But if you are good in advertising and handling money, you should go with reselling. Both actually has pros and cons. But what is important is your desire. For me, i prefer reselling more because affiliating is risking. Without people signing up on your terms, you would not get anything. But in reselling, especially i today's generation, it wouldnt be hard to find buyers.

For me I will go for affiliate, it's risk free and you dont need to invest money to do business, just be hard working and confident in promoting your products. Just focus on your target market, soon they will buy products to you.

Shinrei is right, being an affiliate is risk free. I tried selling online as a reseller, you really need to pay the product before they send it. You have to have funds for it, and worst is, if your client is not satisfied with the item they will return it to you which, you cannot return to your supplier. Some people really cannot follow simple rules, and because you don't want arguments you will just break your own rule.

It is exact in any cases because more people got thousands of $$$ with affiliate programs while with reseller then you need to choose right providers and having good marketing campaigns to have more clients bought products on your sites.

Actually, betterment depends on your motive. If you want to build a web hosting company, reseller hosting can be a starting point. But with affiliation doing hosting business is not possible. Again, maintaining a blog or content writing is more friendly with affiliation.

Depends on your time and dedication and goal to do on both. Reseller needs a little bit of expertise on the side so you could accumulate nice profit in a short amount of time. Spending time on research on where to properly introduce your goods and more importantly managing your investment In affiliate, it is also somehow similar since you need to work on sharing your affiliations to different sites across the entire internet. But the investment here is your time. Both will give you positive results at the end of a hard work but with reselling, if done properly will gain you so much more than being an affiliate. Of course with greater investment comes greater results.

Both have their pros and cons, but in the aspect of risk, I think reselling is more risky compare to affiliate marketing that only requires your time. It's much safer in a way that the only thing you need to do is post affiliate links and transaction of that item is just between the buyer and the customer.

With the technology we have right now, being an affiliate is better that being a reseller. It's easier to capture a market being an affiliate than a reseller and its easier to make money being an affiliate. When you resell, it's just a one time transaction that you initiate while being a affiliate, you could just post it out there and just let the advertisement do the job and one link could lead to multiple transactions unlike in one transaction on reselling.

For me, if you want to earn big reselling is right for you but if you want to earn safe affiliate marketing will be the choice. But I rather go with affiliate marketing although you are just earning a percentage of what reseller's earn but alteast you have a passive income.
Less risk unlike reseller and need for capital to start with. Just invest your time and hard work you will earn.

Well, they say working smart is a lot better than working hard. Come to think of it. When you are a reseller, you are required to have you own capital, and you must have the physical product you are selling that means you're gonna have to carry it, purchase it, take care of the shipping and all that stuff. Lots of hardwork, right? But why would you do that when you can work smart and even earn more income at the same time? You can even earn more money without even knowing it. Being an affiliate I think is way better. Less talk, less walk, less effort and yet more income. Smart right?

One of the advantages of being a reseller is that you can gain more income from it than being an affiliate. On reselling, it is you who decide the amount you want to add on the layer of margin of profit of you product, while affiliate marketing is based on a fixed commission. The offline market is also reachable in reselling than in affiliate marketing.
The question is, do you really want to do this type of job or do you only want to earn irregardless of the market you venture?
I would advice that you stick to affiliate marketing if this is just a sideline and you have a primary job that needs more of your attention. In affiliate marketing, all you have to do is to advertise it on your online platform. Taking that into account, since affiliate marketing is much like a passive income type of thing, then expect that when you do less, you gain less. A trick would be to start first into affiliate marketing. Know your market, visit your competitors and be competitive with the products you want to affiliated with.

You do not need any investment to startb your affiliate business. However, in order to become a reseller, you need initial investment, you need to buy reseller hosting and set up your business website, both of these cost money. If you want to become an affiliae, you simply join the affiliare program, promote your affiliate links on forums, social media or your website and you will earn comission. Having said that it is very likely that you will be earning more with reseller program.

I prefer affiliate marketing because you dont need to cash-out some money to earn, you just need to advertise your product and earn it is much better if you have more followers in social media. On the other hand resellers is good but it is a risk, aside from capital you have also many competitors especially nowadays.
