If you would like to host the multiple sites with the same hosting provider then reseller service is option for you. Main difference between the shared hosting service and reseller service is that, you can create your own packages under the reseller service. That is you can assign the bandwidth, resources as per the requirement of the site.

You will get separate hosting panel for each account under the reseller service. You can sale the hosting service too under your name in reseller hosting service.

You will find more users who are using linux hosting . So to get more customers you should start with linux hosting and later start windows hosting as well.

Linux and Windows are two different types of operating systems. Linux is the most popular operating system for web servers. Since Linux-based hosting is more popular, it has more of the features web designers expect. So unless you have websites which need specific Windows applications, Linux is the preferred choice.

Linux is a lot more common but there are still usage scenarios for Windows servers too.

The majority of websites will be hosted on Linux which is a much more common and affordable option. Unless your website requires a Windows server specifically, stick with Linux.
