I mostly use Paypal though I have a dormant Payza account.I think you can send funds either to Paypal or Payza and vice versa. These payment platforms are based on emails. They rely on email addresses to remit funds.Enter the email address of the Payza or Paypal account and send the funds.I hope this is helpful.

Can anyone recommend sites or traders for such transactions ? I am interested to know as I might be getting payments in Payza but I am a regular PayPal user.

I think the best way is to find an exchanger to exchange from Payza to PayPal and vice versa. But the only problem with using exchangers is the charge for every transaction (it's always on the high side ).
Also, while using any of the exchange's service, make sure they are secure with https and has high positive feedbacks from their formal clients. I don't recommend new start-up exchangers as well.

There are some webpages specialized in doing this trade. They're the intermediaries and they get a small comission, but it's really safe and worhty. I'm going to recommend some of them to you

Cryptex24: this one is your best choice if you ONLY need to transfer it to your Paypal account, it's really fast and easy to register

AirTM: this one is a bit harder to register (you need to verify your ID in most of the cases) but it's great if you want to change your money into several other currencies, such as local bank accounts, bitcoin, etc. I use this regularly to cash in into local currency

Cheers!
