Hello :), are you planing upon installing WordPress on your PC or like on a Linux root server?
If you are planing to install it on a windows PC you can do so by using WampServer, there are several tutorials out there. Otherwise if you are planing to install it on a Linux server you can go for EasyEngine which is a preconfigured Wordpress + Nginx out of the box solution.

Hi Cheerag,

Do you need to install it on your stand-alone machine?

If you would like to run it on your local PC then you can create it XAP or WAMP server as stated in previous reply. You can also create the free website with 'wordpess.com' without ordering the hosting service.

If you don't want to use it with domain name then you can use with your server IP address. You will install WordPress on the server IP instated of domain name.

Hope this will help you. :)

If you're using WordPress, you will need the prerequisite of a web server and a database server. You can get this done this using WAMP as mentioned in the posts above.

WampServer is a local server package for Windows, allowing you to install and host web applications that use Apache, PHP and MySQL.

There are many resources online with regards to doing this.

I'd also go with Wamp, simply put it creates a fully functioning web and database server on your PC.

You can also make use of a free web hosting company like Zoho by setting up your business on their platform ( https://zoho.com or search the keyword "Zoho" on Google). Zoho will give you a free web hosting and still make use of their platform for free. That's what I used when starting.
But if you insist on going with Wordpress then follow the above tips by other members.

I don't want to install Wordpress on my local PC because that only allowing me to view it by myself. I am thinking it should be a server or a cloud service that allowing users to create fast Wordpress sites without knowing more about configurations but still allowing them to edit things from their Wordpress sites.

Hi Cheerag,

What does it mean for stand-alone machine?

I'd also go with Wamp, simply put it creates a fully functioning web and database server on your PC.
It looks like as a localhost which only allowing Wordpress run on my PC privately?
