you think people only do torrents/warez with the NO-DMCA or Anti-DMCA or Bulletproof servers?

No-DMCA servers are the servers who decline the DMCA notices.. you mean to to say they don't exist?

What is your point?

No, I say I do not understand why Indians people should need No-DMCA servers ?

And I do not say company who decline DMCA notices don't exist, I just say DMCA notice is the first step to have trouble. And almost all high-traffic websites have been closed in the past few years, even if their hosting company declined DMCA.

No-DMCA and Bulletproof servers both needed in India.

I gives you 5 reasons on - Why Indian people need to use No-DMCA / Bulletproof servers? {There is 100000 or more but gives you 5 here}

1. BitCoins Selling Market: Great niche. Possible to get rich fast and there is 30% traffics coming from India to Bitcoins transactions. So there is a potential market, right. But in India, many websites are taking down because of bitcoins storing, selling, buying. And there is no goods market of BitCoins Mining and selling items over bitcoins.

2. Corrupted Main News Media: India's mainstream media is corrupted. There is 100s of evedence we can found on Facebook. That could be low quality food distributing for the Military SCAM or Gang Rapes Reports, which is the Media hiding for a long time. There is many sites are currently down because they are reports the exact crime. So server came up with any HIGHLY PROTECTED PRIVACY POLICY AND NO MATTER ALWAYS ONLINE. Is needed.

3. File Sharing Websites: 100s of Indian websites are down under DMCA objections. They shouldn't be if they had Real No-DMCA servers. Some websites didn't allow Indians to even visits - in that moment only the file sharing websites are the only hope. RIGHT!

4. Disconnected From World Entertainments: Because of No Net neutrality in India. It's disconnected from World Entertainments forever. In this case NO-DMCA servers are the only hope to broadcast. Torrents aren't cover much and there is almost none running torrents sites in India to access.

5. Local Networking: Didi you have seen any company like Amazon S3 or Crash Plan like website in India? If you google you will see there is 2.5M Indian sites are HURTs because of S3 goes down. That means there is 2.5M users looking for service like Amazon S3 but there is none. Well, you can say any Indian data center can do it why Bulletproof services? Any other Indian data center cannot give you the redundancy the s3 has, If you read the s3 terms carefully you will see they are not down a service because you said it. They will verify from their level then they decide what to do. Is there any Indian company can gurantee that? NONE!

- If there is a need, there is a cause. I think both are there. :)

Thanks

@VirtuBox - Net Neutrality is just one point. And VPN is not the ultimate solution. We seem in history many times VPN companies just down infront of GOVT.
Also there is LACK of free VPN. And most of the PAID VPN are accepting USD.

OO! I forget to mention - there is 11 thousands PORN sites are down or BANDED in India. :bash: .. and as per googles reports India is after China - to Googleing porn keyword on internet ! :D

Think about the terrible situation!

Yes, no doubt about VPN companies, no the best idea to choose HideMyAss when all their servers are under the patriot act with AWS.
But there is no lack of free VPN, a service which require bandwidth cannot be free in my opinion.

I think as long as everything is legal, you're good to go. I'm not up to speed on the laws in India, so I can't really address No-DMCA servers there. I've been told they can't get MMA matches there, so there must be some restrictions in place.

True! But who decides what is legal and what is illegal? Corrupt Politicians?

@VirtuBox Browsing is not violating any act I guess.. Because as per Google Win the case in 2012 - You can browse copyright images via Google Image search.. but Google gate away!
Unless you are not downloading via VPN.. I used many VPN and still using it.. but VPN downloads are shit most of the time..

Thanks
