Certainly, I'm not an expert on this one but, some ideas like:
- Choose a good design: be organized, like a good map site
- A light weight platform: no one wants to get desperate
- Clever and interesting content: that is the main part
- Make a good investment: creating a website can be expensive
- Make some noise: catch people attention, a high visited website depends on the time that you dedicate to it

You should make sure your clients will not have some difficulties to contact you. Besides that, make sure your visitors. If it's fashion store, you should make it eye cathing, easy loading, and have HD images on your product previews.

I think that you should always maintain a good sense of customer service and be open and attentive to your customers and clients. Always make sure that everything on your sites is worded correctly and properly. Also, make sure there is a reliable way for your customers and clients to contact you with their suggestions and concerns.

As it's fashion website, create the menus to organize your website in various parts. Make it attractive by displaying the real images of fashion products. Also give the catchy effects to your website so it will attract the customers. Use the color code which will attract the end user.

If you're going to sell something on your fashion website then make sure to display the detailed images of your fashion products. If it's eCommerce site that is online selling site, don't forget to install SSL certificate on it. User trust the SSL certified site.

To make your website a user friendly first of all is to check your website design. Is your website has a friendly color transition for the visitors? Does this don't irritate their eyes? Second is Do not put any discouraging styles like hover and marquee commands. Third apply buttons which best suites to your site. Do not put too much extra buttons. Specify what content in website you have. Thats all i know how to have a user friendly website.

When they click your website, the design should be pleasing to the eyes. Your logo should be more eye catchy and very girly if its a fashion website. Sometimes a good one liner phrase or any any title will make your website easy to remember. Buttons should be easy to click and put everything they need to know, it must be very simple and direct.

Hi! I'm not an expert but i will share to you my experience every time i visit a shopping site or any sites. It makes me want to explore a website more if the content is simple, concise, and of course understandable. I know that you're an expert in using good English but not all of your customers or viewers are good in English, like me. Use words that make your customers or readers feel comfortable while exploring your website. When i'm browsing a website and i encounter words that confuse me, i feel lost and close it immediately. Photos and texts can really catch attention of readers. It is very useful to use appealing photos that helps to describe your website and what's in it. Photos that expresses emotions and makes your site interesting. It's not much but i hope my opinion helped you even a little.

I think what most user are expecting from a website is that it should first be FAST. Make your web lighter for it to load faster. You can do this by not sacrificing the design. Second, your web should be EASY, it should not strain the eyes, not confusing, simple but EFFECTIVE.

I am not an expert on web development and web design, however, I am going to share my opinion according to my experience as a visitor to websites, including fashion website.
User experience, referred as UX, is one of the important SEO factors. Users get the best experience from a website if they find content unique, interesting and informative. A user friendly website is easy to navigate and the pages are not cluttered with too many ads. A user friendly website also loads pretty fast.

If I am a client and will use your website page, I do prefer that I will not encounter some difficulties in navigating your web page, that you may also attract my attention on the products and services which you are selling, their should be some updates and announcements so that I may be aware of the events you have that will make me interested. There should be some contacts at your web page for inquiries, comments and suggestions and there should be also a company profile to give me some ideas on how the business started and who are the individuals that make your company successful.

I do shop online and I will tell you an honest my honest thought of a user friendly online shop.
I think the best way for you to have a user friendly website is for you to think or categorize your market. What would be the oldest, in terms of age, in your market? Let's say 40's. While creating or designing your website, think like a 40 year old. Can a 40 year old easily navigate your page? That's the main thing because if a shopper won't find or would have a hard time shopping, then it's very easy to click the 'x' button. I also hate it when There's to many ads popping out, and I would really appreciate it if I can contact the owner easily. Costumer support is very valuable after all. The design of the website should also not overpower the product.

If you really want your website to be a user-friendly as possible, the interface of your website must be well designed, the animations when they hover on something, the color you use in your website it must not cause pain to the eyes when user/visitors visit your site, the text must be well formatted, and most importantly the webpage should be responsive, people use different devices(smartphones, tablets, laptops) those are some of device that visitors use when they visit your site, and one thing you can expect, the width of their device is not fixed, each device has its own width size, it is really important that your website is well structured on each device, there must be different position of your website content in each device because it will help your visitor use your site easily, and will make them return to your site every now and then.
