That mean you will have to read all the pages of this provider Terms of Service, because even providers like OVH doesn't provide so much bandwidth with their dedicated servers.
So in my opinion, the only true feature in this offer is the 500GB storage on hard drives..

I believe this is the port speed where the node is connected. You will probably have to "compete" with other users on the same node.

Keep in mind except fdc or some big companies like ovh no one offer 10GBPS network so make sure they are really providing this and also 10 GBPS is very fast connection so make sure you really need it.

If the providers offers a 10Gbps downlink for their VPS solutions its most likely that they are hosted on a dedicated server with access to a 10Gbps port. However this doesnt mean your VPS will be able to use the whole 10Gbps since its a shared port and most likely with fair-share rules.
Unless you have a big demand for downloads it adds no real benefit.

Most of the providers provide 1Gbps with limited bandwidth/data transfer. If you see VPS with 10Gbps then you need to view the review of the website and all other things like whether they do have bandwidth/uplink cap, whether its shared among how many VPS customers etc

Theoretically, unmetered means unlimited since they don't put a meter on how much you use. However, if you read the small print, you will find a lot of caveats. Plus a lot of reasons why they can throttle your bandwidth.

It's like web hosting with unlimited space. How can there be unlimited space when the servers you are on are physical entities and all physical entities have limited space? Same with unlimited bandwidth. You cannot have unlimited bandwidth when the server you are on is serviced with a limited bandwidth.

In a way, unmetered bandwidth is a marketing strategy. In another way, it's a calculated risk on the part of the host. The key is usually the speed you get. At a certain speed, there is only a certain maximum amount of traffic that you can get on your site, even if you are going at full-speed 24/7, which is never the case, in the first place. A 10Gb link does not mean you are getting that speed. It simply means that the link you are on has that maximum capacity. It doesn't even mean that the link is running at that maximum capacity 24/7 either.

Personally, I would steer clear of offers like that. I would much prefer my host to be upfront and tell me exactly what I get for what I pay.

Any VPS that allows 10 Gbps connection would cost a fortune. On a side, it would be a very resource reach virtual instance to handle the load created from multi gabs connection.
