I got an email from Letsencrypt SSL Team with the title: Let's Encrypt certificate expiration notice for domain "example.com" (and 1 more)

Hello,

Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in
19 days (on 20 Jun 17 07:51 +0000). Please make sure to renew
your certificate before then, or visitors to your website will encounter errors.

For details about when we send these emails, please visit our website. In particular, note
that this reminder email is still sent if you've obtained a slightly
different certificate by adding or removing names. If you've replaced
this certificate with a newer one that covers more or fewer names than
the list above, you may be able to ignore this message.

Regards,
The Let's Encrypt Team
My question is, how to manually renew letsencrypt SSL certificate?

The server should automatically renew the certificate. If you are using cPanel or Plesk you have nothing to worry about.

I am not using Plesk or cPanel on this VPS now, I am using LEMP stack and installed ssl from a tutorial but I don't see their guide to renew ssl. In the letsencrypt's email i didn't see any guide to manually renew ssl.

Try this

Code:
./letsencrypt-auto renew
This should be run from the directory containing the let's encrypt scripts.

This should attempt to renew all certs that expire within 30 days. The auto will also update letsencrypt and associated dependencies.

I want to find this directory but I don't see a folder like that, using ll command.

This can work for all web hosting panels?
