Hi James

500 errors normally come down to a few things.

PHP Errors
Server overload
File permissions
.htaccess file

The site is working fine for me, what's in your php error log ?

As LJSHost said, you should check log files or your htaccess and make sure that there is no error there.
There is a thread on this forum regarding to this error
https://forumweb.hosting/2304-what-is-500-internal-server-error.html

I faced this error in the past and it caused by a wrong code in my .htaccess file.

"Cpanel have set all file permission to 755 or 777"

This is a huge security risk with those permissions, files in public_html should be 0755 for directories and 0644 for files, unless you have a WordPress plugin or something that requires those permissions.

@James Andrew,
Hope the issue is fixed now. It is working fine here. Keep us updated it you need any other help. As suggested fix the permissions of folders to 0755 and files to 0644. This is default file permissions for wordpress. Also check error log for any issues. Whenever you need default .htaccess file content for wp sites grab it from here:

https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess

It is possible for your client to still see the cached page, so for that issue resoultion connect with him over teamviewer and clear his browsers cookies and cache completely. If needed, flush dns as well and check.

Thanks

Yes, I agree LJShost . If your server have a load, permission issue, php version error and .htaccess are major for 500 error. Try to switch your php version , check your server load and file permissions.
