If you do not need paid software like plesk, windows server os. Then you can buy any unmanaged vps. VPS with kvm will run any kind of OS. You can spin up windows 7 on it, check deals on OVH. Thanks

No i don't need a hosting control on it, I need to run windows 7 or a same windows version which allows me to install some software. I have somethings to do with this VPS, not use to host websites.

Yes, you can boot up windows 7 iso. Check with the provider, if they offer you can directly boot up their ISO. Install it and use it. KVM is the only way, you can use windows over remote desktop protocol over the internet, as far as I know. I have a vps which is KVM and I use it for experimentation, recently installed windows.

So you can install windows on kvm vps , even though it is not for hosting. You can use as you like. Hosting works, only when you install IIS7 or Plesk or something else (web server). Unless you hookup your KVM with domain name, configure public dns records, no one can access it over internet.

Only, it can be accessed by you over VNC or RDP. Hope this clarifies your query. Thanks

BuyVM KVM dedicated slice includes licensed Windows as far as i know, that budget could get you their 4gb ram KVM. I've used them before, and the performance is pretty good, here's a geekbench that i took on their new york location. Pretty beefy cpu for the price.

What are you planning to install? I am only asking to determine if Windows Server 2012/16 will fit your needs since *most* providers will not install a desktop version on a server/vps.

I can not tell you details what I will install but I run a few Adsense websites and I am going to install a software that allow me to login in different IPs. Also, I want to install software to download files from other servers...etc

David, are you trying out those blackhat world software tools to click adsense ads on your websites and thinking of earning from ads clicks? from your little details above. I guess you are trying those vps tools sold on those forums which claim to earn / make you earn passive income on autopilot. If that is your plan, I suggest you not to use those tools. They will ban your adsense account and viloates Google TOS.

If my guess is right, you are going to setup click through scripts and macros / bots that login to your vps proxy and simulate traffic for your websites. This is all disussed too much on those blackhat world forums, which does not work in real world. Its my honest suggestion, refrain from such practices, just do normal marketing and put efforts. You might earn small money, but that will not get you banned by Google.

Hope this helps you. Thanks.

It sounds like Windows Server 2012 will work fine for you then, and that is what most all providers are using. Have you checked out the offers section at all?

Were you able to any ? If not you might look at the offers. Someone may be providing at your budget but I am not sure if they are providing Windows 7 . You need to look into that. Your budget looks good though

Is this a blackhat way? I saw some guys use this way to login at least 2 different adsense accounts without any problems.

I don't use this way, I know Google adsens easily know this and ban the site.
From your advice, I am afraid that I have to cancel my request for windows VPS, i need to rethink about this.

Logging in is different from blackhat seo tools. If you just need to login to adsense Google account to see your earnings or something. That does need VPS.

You can use normal way of login, provided that the accounts are genuinely approved. If you brought adsense accounts from someone, then it is totally a different game.

Google is way smarter than people assume. Now it has AI and few more things enabled in tracking, getting caught is very easy. If you are doing something that is against TOS of Google programs.

As far as I know, Google Adsense is one account for one individual. If you are having two accounts for yourself means, something is wrong..

Off Topic:

I want to remind a quote " Hardwork brings success, not shortcuts. Shortcuts cut life short".

Internet is flooded with too many schemes and earning programs that never work in the real world. Don;t ask me why, because I have dealt with people who lost money and time experimenting things that never earned them a cent.

Do something sustainable, even if you earn low. That makes sense and works in long terms. Thanks

Decide yourself, which boat you are sailing, quick buck or ethical earning and then think about VPS and your plans... Good Luck.
