So my server some how got disconnected. When I question support the forward me to billing. when I recreate the ticket I get a response saying they will let me know shortly. then give me CNB then forward my ticket to billing. when question about whats going on in a new ticket they just keep repeating the same thing over and over to me as if it was an automated system. Any idea why would they disconnect my server anyone can help? Anyone knows anyone on the inside that can help me :O!

If I was you, I will find a new hosting server today for my websites instead of using their server.
Don't expect to have a better hosting in the case you are getting support like that.
Do you know or guessing why your server is suspended? DDOS? didn't pay the billing? sending spams out on their servers?..etc?

We have used the servers from Nocix and never had any issue. So this must be at your end. We've servers with them for over a year and never received any shutdown.

yeah def was on my end something went down with my bank. they canceled all my charges for that week. nocix was affected and caused the issue. I got charged 25$ for a charge back fee then the 25 dollars again so a total of $50 to get it back up and running

Did they not even get in touch with you before they disconnected? Surely they should give you a bit of a warning first...

If they dont give a reason you might as well just move on.

Any outstanding bills etc?

Gave me a good one my bank screwed up and charged back a weeks worth of stuff and nocix got caught up in it. So I had to pay a charge back fee "$25" and then the monthly fee for the server that month and now I'm up and running better. They only offered me to trouble shoot my server -.- nothing else for there lack of communication.

I'm usually the guy that would just move on... but at end of the day, it was an innocent mistake, no warning was made, and they could of shut down something that could of cost you more than whatever charge back you got...

or you could just move on...

It's time to look for new providers.

I will not stay with them.

first time mistake. if it happens again I'm moving on.
I would agree 1st time but he made plenty of effort to ask them why getting no response that's what i don't understand in this.

The best you can do is indeed search for another provider.

I assume you do not want to take the risk of being shutdown again.

I can understand being shut down for not paying, but to offer no communication first seems short sighted on their part.
