I have customers and we have contacts via emails but some times they said my emails is sent to their spam folder. I am using cPanel. How can I fix this? or there is a service that allowing me to send 100% to their inbox? any alternatives to Google apps?

If your emails are going in the spam folders, than mean you haven't set properly all the settings to identify your emails and the sender.
To test easily what's are the issue with your emails, try https://www.mail-tester.com, you have just to send them an email to the address they display, and they will list all the parameters you should use to make sure your emails are not going into the spam, including SPF, DKIM & DMARC

Hello Philippe,
You must check your DNS records properly and look up for the SPF, DKIM & DMARC records.
For this as you mentioned you are using Cpanel then :
WHM>>Edit DNS Zone>>Select the desired domain which is facing issue.
After you get to edit the DNS record for it now you can set the records so then it should not be forwarded to spam folder.
If after this problem continues you may check for the issue properly.

I did as they noticed on their site and sent an email from my email to xxx@ mail-tester.com but waited for a few hours, still not received their report/email yet.
I want to check if I installed SPF, DKIM & DMARC properly?
Or there are some tools to check and let me know what I can fix from our web hosting server.

I checked this area but didn't see any problems.
I can send emails to inbox to @yahoo, @gmail.com and other domains but sometimes there are some customers said our emails got into their spam folder. It is weird.

Did you setup the rDNS records for the IP Address? Most spam filters use a reverse DNS lookup to see if it resolves back to the original IP address. Make sure that the Reverse DNS records are setup properly since this might be the underlying issue.
