You mean the age or History? age of the domain will be calculated from the day it was registered. And if you wish to check history .. In terms of what the website looked in the past, that can be check web.archive.org

Your domain's current history would be from the day it was registered with your registrar. You can check this by using a whois checker like whois.com

If you have a domain from domain auctions, marketplaces then your domain might have been registered before by another person and 'transferred' over to you. So in this case, the history of the domain would be from the date the original owner registered it until current. You can use wayback machine - https://archive.org/web/ to check on your domain's history and even view it at a past time!

As others have said, you can view a domain's history on places like whois.domaintools.com to see how many times a domain has been registered before, web.archive.org and screenshots.com to see old versions of the site.

We'll need a bit more information to work out exactly what you're after.
