It is possible to use ipv6 only on a VPS? What is the main difference between ipv6 and ipv4? I read that ipv6 helps you to send emails out into inbox without marking as spam mail. It is an advantage of ipv6?

IPv6 is a future ip addresses since ipv4 is exhaustion, but this does not mean this will sent emails in inbox just because its ipv6. According to your qestion "It is possible to use ipv6 only on a vps" then yes of course its possible.

Just keep your IPV6 address in a safe place for now, it will still be years before it replaces IPV4.

IPv6 is the replacement for IPv4 which are running out world wide.
We also provide an IPv6 address with our VPS, it's just getting things ready for the future but like I said it will be many years yet before IPv4 is replaced.

I don't think IPv6 will take over the position of IPv4 very soon but it will happen in the future but will take a good time. Most server providers and their customers are satisfied with IPv4 and most of our customers do not even know IPv6 exists or they don't even think about that. Thus there is required a mass move from all server providers if we need to implement Ipv6 practically in the world.

Well i doubt it will take good time since arin and ripe is fast out with their last /8 range, there is not a question if you or your customers are satisfied or not it will be a must to use ipv6 as because ipv4 are exhaustion. Many providers are providing ipv6 long ago, so its time to go ahead and implement ipv6...

Most of the provider are dual stacking now. However it take times for the CPE equipment to accept IPV6. For asia, it is relatively slow.
And content provider need to dual stack as well.

Adding IPv6 ADDRESS
# /sbin/ip -6 addr add <ipv6address>/<prefixlength> dev <interface>

e.g. # /sbin/ip -6 addr add 2001:xxx:xxx::1/64 dev eth0

Adding IPv6 Gateway

# /sbin/ip -6 route add <ipv6network>/<prefixlength> via <ipv6address>

e.g. # /sbin/ip -6 route add default via 2001:xx:xx:xx::1
