Any one here is using DirectAdmin, I have two websites running on this control panel and I want to install a free SSL certificate from Cloudflare for my websites, there are too many tutorials out there but I don't know which guide I should follow. Any tips?

1. Go to the "Domain Setup" tab.

2. Select your domain

3. Select "Secure SSL"

It is my understanding that if you use the CloudFlare "Flexible" SSL, HTTPS should work without any further configuration.

Thanks you for great post!
I would like to ask what does it mean for "Use a directory named private_html"? it is default option?
I tried to search and found a post regarding to how to install SSL on Directadmin here http://site-helper.com/ssl.html#install
But at the step on their guide Uploading Files to your Secure Site
I should move all my website data to secure folder? or still use public_html where my website is storing and running?
After installed SSL from Clouflare in Directadmin, I have to do a redirection for my website URLs through htaccess file?

Quite frankly, I haven't used DirectAdmin before. What I provided was just my brief research on how D.A handles SSL. I would assume you want the symbolic option, thus you can just use your public_html folder.
