I have several domains at GoDaddy and most of them have DNS which I have created them from my hosting and set there. I tried to have 3 domains set up with the free CloudFlare plan, and I have the DNS for those domains with CloudFlare.
I like their Cloudflare's DNS service, it is easy to control and fast update, and I'm thinking about moving the DNS for all domains over there, including domains at name.com
Is there any reason not to do that?
Are there any advantages to GoDaddy's DNS over CloudFlare's? any alternatives and its advantages?

Unless you subscribe to a Cloudflare premium plan, you don't have a choice but to use Cloudflare's DNS servers. Another free CDN service is Cloudfront by Amazon Web Services. You can use GoDaddy's or your host's DNS manager -- or any other 3rd party DNS service

You are asking whether it's best to use Partial or Full DNS setup. That's personal preference, but if you use Cloudflare at GoDaddy, then you can still access full settings via CloudFlare website.

Whether using Partial or Full DNS setup, they both should offer the same performance and security benefits.
