There are many good dedicated server offers out there with affordable price and I want to buy one from online.net or scaleway but I want to create Windows VPS to host a few ASP sites, they have been used for near 10 years now and I can not change them to a new web platform as wordpress or joomla because they have different site structure. Do you know some tools or software to create Windows VPS on a Dedicated Server? please share me!

You just need a KVM hypervisor and a Windows license. Software like SolusVM or Virtualizor provides a web-based interface for managing the server virtualization.

You can use solusvm for creating virtual servers including windows servers, but solusvms and most of the like control panels are paid ones.

The choice is yours. :)

If you getting Dedicated Server in Linux OS, can install KVM on it, and run Windows VPS over the KVM node.
If you getting Windows Servers, then can you windows HyperV to do it.

Scaleway server will not support Windows. To create a Windows VPS, you can purchase a server from online.net or soyoustart and create your VPS with Proxmox, you will have to upload an iso and you will be able to create your VPS.

But in proxmox 1 thing is very bad - this is you can't reinstall virtual servers, you only can delete and crate new, but maybe its not important in your case

You will have to download an iso, but it's pretty easy to find a windows iso.
Then you will just have to create a VPS with CPU, RAM and storage you want, and to install it from your iso.

You will require a virtualization software like Virtualizor and a Windows ISO to create a Windows VPS. A dedicated server with virtualizor.

Hello,

You can create a Windows VPS with KVM or XEN virtualization. Install KVM or XEN virtualization on Dedicated Linux Server

Or Install vmware exsi server on your dedicated and license it.

ALL these virtualization support any OS. Openvz virtualization will not allow to install windows VPS.
