SFTP default is 22 but can be changed

FTPS/FTP depends on how you set it up either as active or passive ftp where passive have different command and data connection ports defined by the ftp server configuration - see https://winscp.net/eng/docs/ftp_modes

With the passive mode, most of the configuration burden is on the server side. The server administrator should setup the server as described below.
The firewall and NAT on the FTP server side have to be configured not only to allow/route the incoming connections on FTP port 21,2) but also a range of ports for the incoming data connections. Typically, the FTP server software has a configuration option to setup a range of the ports, the server will use. And the same range has to be opened/routed on the firewall/NAT.
For instance for my centmin mod pure-ftpd virtual ftps setups for individual sites the ftps is via explicit tls/ssl (only) for ports 21 and passive ports 30001 to 50011 with CSF Firewall appropriately configured for those ports.

How you change it depends on ftp server you use. So will need to consult the relevant ftp server's documentation. Also if you have a firewall on your server, you'd need to update the whitelisted changed ports too.

SFTP use the SSH protocol for FTP services. What this means is one can use encryption and decryption technique for transferring file, one issue with SFTP is we can't use multiple channels while using FTP.

SFTP is nothing but OpenSSH protocol, mean if you change SSH port from 22, the same changed port will be used for SFTP. I have never used FTPS on Linux machine, only used SFTP.

You can change any default port by changing the port number mentioned in configuration files of desired service and reload the service.
If using any kind of firewall then remember to change the rules and allow the desired port/s.
