We have used Virtualizor for years, and have no plans on changing.

Why? Well, it works for our need so like the old saying goes; "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

lately solusvm guys have stopped releasing the updates as it looks like so far. So going with virtualizor would be the wise decision.

Virtualizor is good but doesn't support clustering.

right now SolusVM is the complete control panel for nodes and VPSs, they still have some bugs but it is a minor they just release a new update and as OnApp states they will realease an upgrade version 2.0 soon.

    Ummm, good luck with that.
Are you aware they have been promising a v2 for 7 YEARS!

You are very right but the community pressure are strong right now for the new release and if they don't move on with that soon they will die and all investment on SolusVM will go to the drain. Other than that SolusVM still works very well.

Personally, I think that ship has already sailed.

There used to be a stronger community following then there is now.

When they got popular, everything slowed down as Phil just couldn't keep up. When they were acquired by OnApp in 2014, most people thought that was great, and they with OnApp's resources behind SolusVM, we would see wonderful changes.

Instead, we just still hoping for v2...... 7 years later....

Thats why we have build our new VPS infrastructure with Proxmox and we are using Proxmox WHMCS module.

We are using SolusVM for our normal node and VPSs management as the master can go down the slaves will run without the master and no downtime for the users, now we use Proxmox with WHMCS module for our NAT VPS only and still in test mode.

We are using Proxmox for our production LXC and KVM VPs. We are planning to start NAT VPS on second quarter of 2017.

Other than SolusVM, Proxmox, and Virtualizor that were mentioned here, you can probably also have a look at VMmanager. It supports clustering and High Availability, WHMCS integration is also there, and the price is quite affordable.

Virtualizor is pretty cool to be honest, although right now we're having a bit of fun with Openstack
