On the Cpanel of my Linux server I see that the Entry Processes is 20/20 . When I connect to my website, it appeared this

Resource Limit Is Reached.png

I wanted to know how to fix this and what causes this increase in resource? where to find?

Please help!

A simple fix would be to allocate more resources to your hosting plan, however there might be other underlining issues such as malware or a DDoS attack to your website can cause this. Check the access log on the server and find if there is a ongoing DDoS attack.
Are you using a CMS such as WordPress or any ecommerce?

Can I check access log on a shared hosting?

To be honest, your best bet will be to first contact your web host as they should at the very least, be able to point you in the right direction.

This is a CloudLinux limit. Your host sets a 20 Entry Process limit. An Entry Process is just a web server connection so you have 20 concurrent connections which is quite high.

@HostBasic pretty much nailed it. If your site isn't super busy it's likely a brute force attack on wp-login.php or xml-rpc.php. Hosts should be firewalling these types of requests to be honest.
