I want to write a post to review about a web hosting company that I am using, what factors should I include to have exactest reviews or aspects of a web host?

Just be honest and list the items you like and do not like about the web host. Keep it simple :)

To review hosting company consider factors such as their uptime, response to support tickets like how much time they took, how they handled your request, ways to reach them, etc

First, at the minimum you should wait 3 months before you should actually write a review because anything less than that can be skewed because its not long term enough to judge their uptime, support or recovery mechanisms.

Keep it simple and real. Overly praising or overly critical can be construed as a fake review. If you have had any one incident where they were really helpful or unhelpful, mention that briefly. Other than that mention how long you have been with them, how often you have had to contact support, how the uptime has been etc.

I would first state why you chose them. Then state why you have stayed with them, their strengths that keep you as a customer. Maybe mention specific contacts you've had with people within the company etc.

Make sure you have been with them a little while for you to really see how they perform as a company and their service.

Things you should try mentioning:

The service you have with them,
what you think of their support,
their prices if this is something you find interesting to review on,
thier uptime
and one of the most important one is recommendation (what you think they can improve and etc)

best of luck!!

What do we seek and expect in a review? The review must be genuine, unbiased and give the readers an understanding of the about the service offered if the review is written about service provided. Thus while writing a review, one needs to write what they feel about the service given by the company. Write the best things about their service and what are the areas that still need to be improved.

Honest reviews don't need to have any format.
Most people are skeptical about classic reviews.
Just be straight forward and in simple language express you observations, pros/cons
Its is often left for the reader to decide, so avoid pushing or deciding for your readers.

First thing you should be having services at least 6 months .You can't trust any company before that.
Really?
If you didn't use a hosting company for 6 months but you heard more good feedback about them then you can trust them?

So i would suggest you this.Than explain why you chooses them, what special they have .The main basic point is just be real...
Your review will be reviewed if your answer will be real....
Yeah It is a real review from an user used a hosting service but it also depends on each person, some can get luck with services and they will give good reviews about that service but sometimes some hosting problems can happen with others and they can give bad reviews.

The best way to write a review is to basically include everything and every experience that you've had with them.

A few things would be:

A.) Is the support good?

B.) Is the product/service offered good?

C.) Is the pricing good for the service?

D.) Any uptime or downtime you may have had and how long it took to resolve.

Definitely include what the company could do better. There's always room to improve. :)

I believe this needs at least 3 to 6 months to know about their uptime or downtime
Also, it is possible for a web hosting company sharing reviews about their company? I mean reviews will not come from their customers. Is that legal?

If you are using the host atleast for 3 months only then you should write a review... there are so many hosts that gets closed after 1 or 2 months...

But in a review you should mention about:
* Prices- cheap or expensive also if you got any promotion from them...
* Support - tell others about their support , bad experience or good
* Quailty - of there servers, speed, uptime and etc

and overall experience with them. also link your site!

Regards

There's a variation of this review technique for promoting hosting sites that I like and I think it's very effective.

What they do is they discuss something about making money online. They entice the reader about potential earnings and they provide extensive tutorials. Of course, in order to make money online, the reader should have a website.

They will then present a tutorial about making a simple WordPress site and slap in the web host that they're affiliated in.

This is a very good strategy because you get the reader more engaged rather than a simple review article. It's kind of a long process though but there's a higher possibility of readers availing of the web host service you are promoting.

Reviews are the important aspect that any new entrant of the web hosting looks for, when choosing a good web host. So do mention all the necessary and vital factors that will help others to choose the host, like uptime, affordability, web hosting features, customer support, hosting addons and how easily the resources can be upgraded (means the flexibility to upgrade the resources).

For a hosting company you should include first general things: such as user interface, what makes them shine from other websites, and of course response time on their emails/support tickets

Now getting more specific, you should talk about the price and if its really valuable, if the description of their services match what they're offering, what's the uptime and how flexible is making business with them: are there many options? do they offer several plans depending on your needs? etc.

Hope this works! Cheers

Summarize your experience with the web hosting company, highlighting factors like uptime, customer support, and performance. Provide a balanced review, mentioning both strengths and weaknesses, to help others make informed decisions.

Briefly describe your website and its needs (e.g., personal blog, small business e-commerce store, high-traffic portfolio).
