How long does OVH take to respond to a ticket?

From recommendations on this forum, I wold choose a small hosting package from OVH but I haven't known about their support before, I want to know how long OVH take to respond to a ticket and their support is good?

OVH is a completely unmanaged provider so they will not provide much support other then insuring the server is physically running and the network is stable.

Do not expect any technial reply from OVH ... they do not provide any kind of support instead they will forward you the tutorial URLs which you can easily find with google.

You can phone OVH to ask them to check your ticket, but then that's mainly for their VPS/Dedicated Servers afaik. For Web Hosting, you would be best off using a provider who specialises in managed hosting.

I have to agree with HostXNow, OVH are decent but their core business is unmanaged servers.
Not sure about the details of your shared hosting plan in regard to if you are entitled to support or not.

OVH are a giant company, don't be surprised if you get stuck at the back for the queue with 1k other tickets.

Yes it is thing I faced when unmanaged services, they didn't support for any serious hosting problems or just guiding you with some basic steps to do.

Do not expect any technical reply from OVH ... they do not provide any kind of support instead they will forward you the tutorial URLs which you can easily find with google.
If that, their support is zero and I need to find a sysadmin to solve problems if that happens on my unmanaged hosting.

OVH servers are cheap, If you need help simply find a good management company for 30/40$ a month and use them as support.

Find yourself a managed server. This will help alleviate any technical problems you face in the future if you are not very tech savy. You could also consider just hiring a system admin too.

With OVH, you are sailing on Titanic with no boats to rescue you. Check for other Managed Dedicated Server providers and go with them.

I submitted 2 tickets to OVH for my hosting issues but never receive any responses.
But anyways OVH has less downtimes or can say that it has zero downtime hence I didn't need more support like other hosting providers.

I'm using their services and got a reply for each ticket within 1-5 hours. By critical issues they respond within a few minutes.

Seem you have experience to make them response quickly. I am sure they will have hundreds or thousands of emails need support on their system daily, maybe they could need teams to do this.

Within 24 hour. You can call them immediately .
Too long, this can make website down on ranking aspect and lose customers.

People like recommending cheap providers who are unlikely to provider a good support. When you compare prices, bear in mind that it is hard to expect a quality service from any cheap hosting provider.
