Seems they might not have restored the database, or if they did, they are in a different location.

line 167 of /home/content/59/13976459/html/includes/lock.inc
Is looking for the database at
marcom.db.11887782.hostedresource.com
But it is not finding the database there.

A)Check and fix your connection strings
B)Move away from GoDaddy!!

Somewhere in their control panel, there should be a section for databases.
Find the databases your site uses, then find where it lists the connection string to those databases
Update your site code with the correct connection strings.

Jaseem, I think you will need to contact GoDaddy Support.

It has been a long time since I have been in a GoDaddy account, but I believe that is a SQL Backup folder. You will probably have to restore those files to their actual database server.
But, I'm not sure.

As RDO Servers answered, you should contact Godaddy for support, besides, install a CMS depending on you, you can choose which will work best for you, You can install Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress for your hosting.

I don't think someone still is using hosting at godaddy at this time, it's really bad hosting service, just for domain name services then you could consider Godaddy, not for web hosting.
