Hi Aaron,

If your VPS is managed the hosting provider should resolve this for you. I would speak to them about it.
I suspect something else is not right as you say
I don't know how often and why I have to restart my VPS to make my websites online,
If you need to restart the VPS to bring system services back online and make it network accessible it's either crashing a service, configured incorrectly or having network issues.

You need to be a bit more specific in detail about your problem to advise more.

You need to first determine the service down but I assume it' only apache going down, can you access WHM while "apache" is down?

I would check these logs first: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log, /var/log/messages, /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

What kind of virtualization are you using? Do you have enough RAM available?

Is apache monitoring is activated?

It may be that the memory of your VPS is not supporting the services running on VPS.

Sometime It happens when you run out of Memory, if you run VPS with 1GB or less and you install cPanel on it then it will eat a lot of resources and you need to restart server sometimes in order to continue running.

I don't think so because after a restart, it worked back, it likes as a crash on server.

I suppose this is more occurs but don't know how to monitor when a system crash by RAM? I am running 4 GB of RAM and it is not easy to consume all this amount for websites with medium traffic.
