Sorry I could not share which hosting I am using because it can affect to their business..if I am right or wrong...

The support is decreasing by months, I compared their pricing with hosting packages on this forum and here I could get better price and specifications.

You do not need to mentioned their name. You could only share the problem and issue that you facing, so that others will alert on the same issue that may face at other company.

Your experience and problem could become the guideline for others during choosing a new hosting company.

I'm sure any of the providers you have listed can provide a server to fit your requirements.
I would suggest checking the complete price for the server as many base prices do not include control panels or an additional IP(s),.

What type of server are you looking for ? (cPanel web server, bare bones, web server without control panel, windows etc) What are your requirements ?

I didn't mean for name, but you can give name(ofc) they have to know for bad reputation.
What VPS you are currently using do you need KVM, OpenVZ, manage or unmanaged
what spec etc?

@HostColor you should already know (checking his billing system & order form) that he is RHP :) (Not that we don't like them, we are hosting XX of RHP).

@CraigM would be nice if you tell us what location you prefer , features and of course your monthly budget.
I would suggest you to not be cheap with your hosting provider if you are not looking for headache of course :)

Sorry guys, I didn't have much time lately and almost forgot to answer your question.
No I'm not provider yet, I'm just reseller. Why you ask?

Yes always is cPanel and linux system because I only run php websites.
My requirements are 2+ GB RAM, 2+ CPUs, cPanel...

I don't know how to check my VPS is running on which technology, seem it was OpenVZ.

My budget start from $20+ monthly, I don't need to many features, just need to have a fast vps and no downtime.

Advice from me, contact the sales and find out how they can help you.

You also give a little bit about your experience with the old hosting provider. So it can help others.
