How to move a website from a cPanel on old hosting to a cPanel on new hosting. Is there any feature or tool available in WHM or cPanel for performing this task?

Hi Chris

Backup
cPanel for the account(site) > Backups > Generate full backup

Restore
WHM Home » Backup » Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File"
Does this way work for different domain names?

I mean I backup the data from example.com but I can restore it for example1.com?

Hi Chris

Buy Plesk --> Import all your data automatically from WHM. --> Be Happy
Contrary to this method, is there a way to improve all the data from Plesk into WHM?

Yes cPanel offer also a solution here

But to have already test several times to import data between different control panels, there are always some errors.
And even with the same control panel, you can have errors when you import a backup.

To backup the files the best solution to use rsync or any other similar software. It will synchronise all the files with a external storage.
And you can do the same with your database, and add another database as slave to make a replication of the first one.

Restore the backup and then do the following.

WHM > Account funtions > Modify Account > Change Primary Domain
Changes may need to be made in your wordpress configs etc to reflect the new domain name.

You can take Full cPanel Backup & pass it to new server through FTP & move the cpmove file to /home directory & restore in New Server.
