I'm curious to know what are the Windows programs/apps that you simply cannot live without having installed on your PC? For examples are TeamViewer, Office Suite, Chrome, Filezilla, VLC media player, Kaspersky, Acrobat Reader...along with PhotoImpact, Illustrator and a few other graphics programs. What about you? What programs/apps do you absolutely must have?

Hi Tshepo,
the first one that comes to mind for me is CCleaner. It keeps things nice and clean of course!

ZoneAlarm keeps me safe... I think!

I quite like Thunderbird for my emails, and Firefox of course.

Mozbackup too.

Driver Booster has been handy.

Domain Name Analyzer gets used pretty often.

Foxit Reader is great.

Snagit is pretty cool, and Winzip gets a vote.

That's the main ones that come to mind.

cheers, Mal.

This obviously server for you to find, extract and reading a ebook. Why I say that.

Google Chrome -> find an ebook by using a browser with a search bar.

WinRAR -> extract an ebook if it is zip/rar format

Acrobat Reader -> Reading an ebook by using this program. :)

Is it logic?

If yes this guy is searching and learning new knowledge from ebooks here

Not really ;) In my case

Google Chrome -> is the most popular browser in the world, to find everything you want

WinRAR -> most of the files (software, media, docs and many other) are distributed compressed

Acrobat Reader -> pdf is the most popular document format for web distribution, RFC, ebooks, manuals or even readme's

Oracle box, cyber ghost, tor, notepad++

...typical basic hacker tools lol

Open office is better than Microsoft if you base by price.

Keepass
Dropbox / Google Drive / OneDrive
Microsoft Office Suite
Notepad++
WinSCP
PuTTY
SumatraPDF (much lighter version for PDF viewing)
Chrome
Skype
Thunderbird
7zip
WinRAR
VLC
Evernote
As well as a security program - my preference is ESET, but I seldom spend time on Windows these days.

Then the usual .NET / Silverlight / Flash / Java / Drivers as well a K-Lite Codecs.

If you ever need to download and install multiple programs at once - use Ninite.

PhotoImpact and not Photoshop? Oh how can you deny the undisputed Caesar of pirated applications its glory? Other than that: winrar, vlc, faststone image viewer

FireFox with DownthemAll add-on installed, VLC Media Player, Game Maker, Unity 5, Particle Illusion or something similar to it. That's all!

As someone who went to school for 3D Animation and Design my list can be huge depending on what I'm needing for the next couple of months! But generally somethhing I always put on a new PC is CCleaner for sure.
