Hi. I took some SEO lessons, so I've been working in my website to make it appear first in Google Results. I used a technique of buying one non used URL with a relatively OK PR... 2 The thing is that in a matter of time, all of a sudden I got multiple links to my website. The original URL I bought didn't register as much links as now. It appears that a strange URL and many of its subsidiaries made a bunch, and by a bunch I mean almost 95,000 links to the new website I just bought, so all of a sudden my first URL is coming top on Google. Everything seems great right? Or maybe not to you... SEO Masters jaja.

Well, the thing is that I've done a SEO FROG on the strange URL and found out it has some pretty deep spamish terrible things using anchors like: Illegal Valium to direct to a strange website. So.... I'm kind of afraid that it's only a matter of time before Google takes this weird site down, my links go to the deepest ocean and maybe even my webpage could be harmed, (as in penalized by Google). So? My question is... are this worries worth my concern? Should I disavow my URL from that which I bought, and accept the consequences? I think yes, but... I would like to hear from you. Please :)

I saw this post when you originally posted it, however,
I did not reply because I am not an SEO expert.

However, since no one else has replied (YET, I am sure
they will), isn't there a way to do something within GWT
(google webmaster tools) that can disseminate your site
from the "trouble" sites you are referring to?

I THINK there is, but I forget what it is called, and again,
I am no expert so I could be completely wrong, but, it
may be something you want to start looking into.

HOPE this helps, not sure it will, but I can still HOPE, LOL.

I really don't have enough details from the OP to answer this. It really depends on the niche. If the site is ranking and getting a ton of traffic, I would say to monetize the holy heck out of it and make as much money from it as you can.

Heck I'll buy it from you if you want and you can keep the site files.

In the meantime begin creating another site in the same niche. I would only use expired domains for building out PBNs and never for my money site. I would start with a fresh domain for your money site (main site).

I'm also interested in who you purchased this expired domain name from. This sounds great for churn and burns and if you want a little info on how to make some good $$ churnin and burnin send me a PM and we'll exchange info.
