yeah but it is for default wordpress theme or default wordpress cms.
If you work on a professional theme that they built in OOP then it is not easy to edit or adding functions for your WP site.

Simply answer there are lot of developers like new plugins and themes etc. But another reason wordpress is always free and made with almost php so lot of php developers easily make plugins.

Wordpress is easy to use and learn. As a development company, people approach us for solutions that will help them to manage themselves after we finish developing their website. So this is one of the major reason for us to choose wordpress. We setup one to one session with customer and teach them some basics after website is delivered. Its easy to teach someone to operate wordpress.

I concur with everyone else who have praised WordPress. I don't have anything substantial to add to why this platform is so popular. I've recently tried the WordPress Multisite function to build a multilingual website and it worked like a charm. Sure it takes more effort and is configured differently compared to the premium multilingual plugins, but it's a free solution that brings you total control over your content.

WordPress Multisite function is just for you to manage many sites or you are allowing everyone to posting to them?
If so you can consider about the security of it.

What makes you choose Wordpress for your website.

Free and easy to customize?
SEO and friendly with search engines?
There is worldwide community support?
Best plugins and easily develop according to your way?

What are your reasons? Do you consider to switch to another CMS if you are using WP on your site? if yes then why?
all of the above are my reasons to choose wordpress.
it has every thing i need, every plugin that can help a webgeek to work at ease.

WordPress is awesome for many reasons. I'll list a few below:

1.) It's easy to set up & install.
2.) The flexibility with WordPress is awesome! You can make anything from forums to just simple websites.
3.) It's also easy to install & set up plugins on your website.
4.) There's also great resources to use (plugins) for your SEO services which is pretty neat as well. Helps a lot. :)
5.) Last but not least, not a lot of coding if you're not too "Fluent" with coding.

That's just my opinion. :)

Most of the developer or website developer use Wordpress cause its east to install. You can get amazing themes and plugins to meet their requirements. You can add , edit and delete the content any time. You can create users to further add content to your blog.

Yes, your options are My answers. But, I want to add that I can get a developer easily with less budget for WordPress but for other CMS, I need to pay more & likely I won't get developer easily.

The one thing that separates Wordpress from other CMS platforms is it's flexibility. This is one of the many reasons most of the plugins that we use are mainly catered towards Wordpress users.

I agree with the above posts, its very flexible with the features you can add on to it. Not only that its how custom you can make it to be different from other websites too with most people are now choosing Wordpress because its simple and quick too learn & modify it to fit the business or personal requirements.

I agree with all above posts, WordPress is flexible and has massive support from around the world. There is also tons of add-ons you can bolt on to WordPress website to make them increase performance or to take your website down a different route, for example e-commerce. I personally use WordPress for all my Website Projects and won't be switching any time soon.

I agree but because of tons of plugins/themes out there and no one confirm all of them are secure for using, these are making WP insecure and it is thing I am concerning. :)

WP has many plugins and easy install, but has some problem with security , so must be 1 website 1 hosting account.

In my point of view, definitely wordpress is easy to use and we can customize by using different plugins to make the website more enhance-able. Mostly websites are developed in this platform rather than other.

Just WordPress as a content management system (blog) is good.
Excessive consumption of resources over time with the increase in hits. And specific errors
For a full site visit is not interesting.
To use a user without programming knowledge is excellent.

Aside from easy to deploy and does not require a lot of technical knowledge. WP provides decent plugins that will help you build your blog easily. Plugins like Yoast SEO, Akismet, ETC.

Definitely, most of the organisations use wordpress platform for building a website rather than PHP. It is easy to use and customize as well. We can use any plugins in this as the SEO point of view for the more advancement.

I chose wordpress because I did not have skills with Joomla of Drupal. I choose wordpress because it is the content management system that can be used without any programing and coding skills. For Joomla and Drupal you need programing and coding skills. Since I did not have any skills related to programing and coding, I chose wordpress. You can use wordpress without any prior skills.

You can be wrong for these points because Wordpress also requires skills on coding or programming if you want to custom your Wordpress theme.
If you try to look into some professional WP themes then they used OPP programming, it is an advanced programming skill but not more coders can do, it required more knowledge and experience to do that.
So, It depends on the purpose of user, if they only need a simple theme then no skills or programming is required but if it was a professional theme then it is quite a different thing.

Learning curve for WordPress can't be ignored. It takes more time to understand joomla and drupal. In case of joomla and drupal those are lot harder to even do extension and theme. But in case of WordPress you can find it lot easier with it. And it is free too. Lot of documentation on themes, plugins and general troubleshooting is available for WordPress. This is the prime reason I prefer to use WordPress for myself and clients.
