Most virtulization systems wont allow you to do this incase you abuse it aswell as give yourself loads of swap memory, so the answer would be you cannot change this yourself. You would need to either upgrade your package with your host or ask if you can pay a little extra for a bit more swap memory usage. The worse they can say is no we wont upgrade it, which should be very unlikely.

I would contact your hosting company first.

You have to contact your Hosting Provider and ask them if you have to upgrade your plan or if they can increase it as an add-on. Either way, you'd have to pay more.
