Is free version of cloudflare are useful?

Cloudflare does have a lot of uses.
It is not a excellent Content Delivery Network (CDN), but it does provide some caching of static resources.
It is good/free DNS management that makes it easy to move hosts without having your domain/hosting/dns stuck in the same place.
Their DDoS protection is supposed to be pretty good, even on the free account. I have never used the paid accounts, but have heard it is well worth the money. A free account still has some pretty good benefits, so for free, why not!?

yes I am using it now. But I figured something when updating CSS on my wordpress site, it really takes too long to take effect. Normally when we updated css and hit refresh then we can see the change but now Around 3-4hours before I can see the effect of my CSS. It happened when I activated cloudflare. But the best thing is I can see the speed of the site now
