I am currently sitting in class(lol) and we are told to use responsive design. Not just because of this I would choose Responsive Design. Using this you can reach people in all sorts of ways. PCs, Laptops, Phones, and Tablets.
I believe that it is good for SEO and my website because I am not limited to just one thing and can reach many people and expand the website.

Responsive webdesign is the only proper way to do it now, and it has been for quite some time. A lot of people use mobile units, not to mention Google now ranks you based on mobile friendlyness as well.

Exactly. Go with a fluid responsive design that will work on any device.

Responsive is the best bet. It reduces overall CSS and problems with compatibility. Responsive is pretty easy to do and you should focus efforts on that rather than a mobile theme separate from the main theme.

The world of multiple devices is upon us, I would not even create a new site or blog unless it was totally device and mobile friendly. I am in the process of having to go back to some of my older sites and make them device friendly now, because search engines are going to treat them with less importance.

Obviously i choose responsive theme for my business because due to significant growth in smartphones and tablets accessing the internet through smartphones or mobile devices has increased much, compare to past. After Google announcement about mobile friendly update, most of the web designers has seriously considered to make responsive web design. In my opinion responsive web design should be a part of every business strategy. The reason, it improves the user experience and customer engagement and it leads to better conversion rate. So switch you old websites to responsive. If you want to do mobile friendly test to your website then you can click on the following link.

Agree with the others on using a responsive theme. It's the way forward; keep it simple but effective. There's nothing more annoying than websites not loading on your mobile phone!

Responsive is definitely something you need. It's only matter of time before the number one method of using the internet is mobile devices, with laptops/desktops being second.

+1 for responsive design...allows your loyal followers to follow up whether they are at home on a desktop, on the bus using a mobile or in office using an Ipad.

I just cannot imagine if I can only access Facebook on the desktop and not on the mobile or vice versa. It will cause a great deal of inconvenience.

So I think it will be better if my followers can access my website on any device.

There is no difference between a mobile and responsive theme. It is one only. A mobile responsive theme helps to open a website in different devices which assist to use it anywhere you are residing. It is huge in demand and proves to be beneficial for a new website as well to attain huge traffic towards a website easily.

Always responsive all the time, I have not used a mobile theme because responsive can handle all things for a website to run on mobile devices.
