According to me you can not use duplicate name and address for PayPal accounts. your name must be matched with the bank account name. if you wants to create PayPal account then you may need to use your sister name and their information.

You have to use 100% accurate details for your PayPal account, Otherwise you can make your PayPal account at risk.

Your credit card account name and your PayPal name should match, otherwise you might run into issues with PayPal.

Your account needs to be registered under your legal name, the one that is on your birth certificate. Failure to do so, is considered fraudulent and if audited can result in legal actions taking place.

A business account may be named anything you wish as it appears to your client. For a prepaid PayPal master card try this

Accurate information identity is a must. It should always be accurate so that it will always be safe and secured as a part of complying the regulatory requirements. And also having a valid proper identification would avoid unnecessary problems with your paypal transactions.

Absolutely! Everything you put into your paypal account must hold true about you. First it is because of banking purpose. Money from each transaction will be deducted and proper Identification is needed. Once they commit mistake, you can immediately make a request for these wrong billings. Second, paypal is an international company and they need to make sure the account is viable for these transactions. Everyday people make new accounts and most of it were blocked or banned (I tried it also). Lastly, Just for good measures, why would you fake something you want or you even worked for, isn't it?

It definitely needs to be a match. Since we are talking about money, Paypal is really strict when it comes to accurate information (actually, every financial institution is really strict. )
This has a long process of being activated since there are many security features so that people can trust Paypal that their money is safe with them. With that being said, ALWAYS put in information accurately so that you won't have problems as well if you need to transact money from them.

Hi there, it depends on what country
you're from, let's say your from the
Philippines the easiest way of getting
a PayPal is by registering for a GCash
account. In GCash there are links for
both PayPal and AMEX applications
all you need to do is fill it up and your
good to go. Now this is how it works,
If you need money transferred from
PayPal to your bank account or credit
card, international transfers takes 5 days
at the minimum while if you use GCash
it takes 5 seconds up to a minute the
most and you can now withdraw the
money in any ATM machine.

To get money from PayPal to your GCash
all you have to do is open GCash app and
go to My Account, then choose PayPal
and put the amount to be withdrawn and
click enter. The amount will reflect
automatically in your GCash account
balance.

You definitely need to put your real name
exactly as what your account name and
data is on your bank accounts.
It's needed because you can't link a
bank account with a different name
to PayPal and also to avoid problems in
getting paid by other companies.
I experienced a problem way back
when I was transferring earnings
from a rewards site to PayPal, since I'm
using my nickname at the Rewards Site
and my real name in my PayPal account...
well names didn't match and I didn't
get my pay.

Based on my experience, you really need to put your real name on your paypal account and and the name should match the name on the mastercard that you are gonna be linking to it. I have been through a mess when may name on my card doesn't match the one that I have on my paypal account. So I requested paypal to change my information and it took almost a month for the issue to get resolved. So, what I suggest, before you create a paypal account, make sure that you already have the card that you wanna link to it and just input the information on your paypal account exactly the same with what you have on your card and you're good to go.

As far as I know, you need to input the same valid name in PayPal as to the name registered in your Master Card. They need it to link your credit card to verify your PayPal account. That is why I also get my own prepaid credit card for the PayPal verification.

There was an instance that my brother-in-law cannot collect his cash-in money from gaming because the credit card that he used belongs to his girlfriend, and they had a hard time solving the issue in regards to PayPal.

So if I may suggest, you should get your own credit card, even if it is only a prepaid.

If you're gonna have a problem with your paypal account, when you didn't put your real name, how are you suppose to fix the problem when you cannot represent yourself with the name you input? This is just basic in everything. When you use an account for earning money, you should at all times use the one that will coincide with your bank account. Because chances are when you encounter problem transferring your money to your bank account or debit card or credit card, you need the same account name and information because if not, Paypal cannot assist you further.
