What is the difference between suPHP and FastCGI and what should I use for my websites (Wordpress) from my WHM/cPanel?

Both are very similar as fast hi is much improved over the old CGI handler.

suPHP is typically a bit slower due to its sometime excessive CPU usage.

    Good morning,

As RDO Servers said, they are very similar techniques to use PHP with websites. For WordPress, I recommend PHP-FPM which is the best way to use PHP at its maximum performance.

You might find this page useful regarding the differences: http://boomshadow.net/tech/php-handlers/

Personally, I recommend going with FastCGI (if you have at least 8GB of memory on your server)

Can you tell me where I can enable PHP-FPM in my WHM/cPanel?
I remembered I saw it once when I changed Apache version but now I can not find out this option on my WHM.

Check the cPanel documentation : https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/PHP-FPM
