Hi everyone,

I know it will give you more benefits and improve traffic for your main web hosting site if you have a blog to guide and improve SEO via blog posts. I have common problem many web hosting companies have. I can't write regularly to produce and publish regular posts on my blogs. Any suggestion for how to stick to writing schedule?

Thanks,

David

How often do you want to post?
For ideas - I search industry news sites, other company blogs, and sometimes I look for WordPress/CMS news.
If I find something interesting - I set aside 3 hours to think of a rough draft, and then polish it and add to it before I post it (usually on the 15th-20th of the month).

If you find you're too busy to write - UpWork has a plethora of talented writers, and you can find a great writer. Some are better than others, though. You may want to think of your budget, and SEO can also add on to the article cost.

I agree with this idea

For me, I would create 3 blog posts each week on my blog.

Blog posts are one of great ways to improve SEO for your main site, as you saw, more web hosting blogs used to have their own blog and it's the place to publish guides to their visitors. For SEO, it helps increasing organic traffic for your site, which also help your sales.

Always carry a topic related with your website. As you know SEO depends on keyword density.

I prefer to write articles based around frequent questions that are asked by my clients. That way customer/technical support doesn't have to constantly rewrite instructions, and instead just link it to the article. It's like hitting two birds with one stone.

To write regularly, I suggest you some coffee. Seems to help a lot of people. Other than that, it might not be your thing and you should find someone that is able to produce content everyday.

Of course I always write articles relate to my niche site. What is keyword density? how to use it on my articles?

What are the advantages of using this way, I have to admit that it is a good idea but why don't you search keywords instead of using questions from your clients to make articles...just curious.

This way likes I am a real blogger.

Simple. I do both. Usually these questions that get asked often are also searched in Google and once I found a general SEO term that gets searched, I use that as a title. For example, "how to get free nameservers", because clients often ask where they can get nameservers for their VPS and dedicated servers if they don't want to use our public ones.

Do you provide VPS services? Create content based on VPS, such as how to deploy a CentOS 7 LAMP stack, or server hardening. Sell domain names? Talk about the benefits of keywords in domain names, etc.
