I am looking at a cloud hosting package and the first steps, they are showing any CentOS versions, I don't know which version is the best for my php sites.

CentOS 7.2 x64
CentOS 7.0 x64
CentOS 6.7 x64

What is the main differences between versions above? should I choose CentOS 7.0 x64?

Thanks in advance.

CentOS 6 EOL is November 30, 2020.
Release notes for Cent 7.2 - https://wiki.centos.org/Manuals/ReleaseNotes/CentOS7

But really, it depends on your needs.

I've got a couple of nodes using CentOS 7, while I haven't had any problems they aren't mission critical. CentOS 6 still has a lot of time before updates stop.
Thanks for your advice, I chose CentOS 6.x because some hosting panel didn't support CentOS 7 or later versions

But to install a hosting control panel, I read these

Need atleast 512MB RAM for 32 bit systems.
1024MB for 64 bit systems.
Does it have more different between CentOS 6.x 32 bits and CentOS 6.x 64 bits?

Should I choose 32 bits for using lesser RAM?

I'd say go for 64bit. 32bit has a limit on the RAM it can use (4GB). While 64bit has a limit of 16 Exabytes. If you ever plan to upgrade your VPS, you'll reach the 32bit limit quicker than the 64bit.
