It's actually pretty easy to get ranked on Google's first page in a few hours.

We said a while back on our Facebook page that we're going to show you how to get to the google first page in a few hours. It's not really that hard but do keep in mind that even with what I am going to show you? Your site must still have the right keywords for the product or service you have, and you must be on top of your promoting.

I don't believe in this, if you can make a keyword for a webpage on first page of Google in a few hours, can you give me a try by making my webpage and my keyword on first page Google?

If so, I will send you URL and keyword and you even will have 1 day to do that.

Your site must still have the right keywords for the product or service you have[/B], and you must be on top of your promoting.
Already have the right keywords for my pages, but what do you mean "you must be on top of your promoting"?

Well what's meant is: you must include other things in your promotion of said product/ service, like maybe a video on YouTube with a couple of links to your site or landing page, and maybe one that comes right back to the video on YouTube.

One of the biggest things is making sure it (the video AND your site) is seen by many visitors, and clicks & views are part of what makes you rank provided your using the right keywords (like you are). The more views? The higher and faster you rank.

Example: say you make a post on your blog and you want it to rank fast ok? Well in that post, provide a link to another related post of that sort AND a link to a YouTube video that relates to that post. Then in both the link video post & the other related post make sure there links back to the original post, and make sure you use at least one keyword phrase in each that can be used for all. When the method above is used? It becomes link juice for your posts and videos which will all lead back to that original post and keyword that you want to rank for.

It's not magic,, it's just simple SEO and the search engines do very well indexing videos YouTube and it wouldn't hurt to provide links to those items on Twitter and Facebook as well. I know it seems like work and yes it is BUT it's going to pay off.

I hope this helps, I can't personally guarantee it will work for everyone, I can only share information about what has worked for me. :)

No offense but you are really missing many factors and it is very challenging to get to the top with most decent or should I say popular keywords.

One major factor you missed is keyword competition.

For example, if the keyword you are focused on already has major well established sites with hundreds of videos and articles and well ranked incoming links you are never going to come close.

Even buying traffic using adwords is not going to increase your rank much at all unless those visitors stay awhile.

I do agree though in doing what you suggested to help promote articles and pages. I just do not agree that it will get you to the top of google for well known and popular keywords and if for some reason it does get you there it will not last long without added content, links, etc.

Could you please elaborate on what you mean by this? Specifically the part about unless those visitors stay awhile. What does that have to do with ranking? And what does Adwords have to do with organic rankings?

I don't believe that its easy to rank on google, it takes time for google to crawl on a certain websites. You need to do on-page and off-page optimization. Creating a content is really hard, and looking for backlinks is way harder than before. So how can you say that it it easy to rank on google?

I think ranking is relative... If we're talking about long tail keywords that have 5 or 10 monthly searches, of course it its much easier than getting to the top positions for other keywords...
